1. Principles of Sovereign Architecture
Noronica is built on the tenet that an enterprise’s transactional and customer records are sovereign intellectual property. When deployed under the On-Premise model, zero raw data, entity graphs, or embeddings are transmitted outside the client’s firewall.
2. No Training on Proprietary Data
Noronica does not use institutional data to train foundation models for other clients. Local vector indexes and entity passports remain strictly isolated within dedicated client boundaries.
3. Auditability & Compliance
All automated triggers and human approval signatures are immutably logged with cryptographic timestamps, ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations and institutional audits.
